What we collect

When you request information we keep your name, email, phone if you give it, the message, the language, the piece and the options you chose (length, colour, density).

For the newsletter we keep the email and the language. Essential cookies keep the technical session, your chosen language and your cookie decision.

Why

We answer your request and, if you go ahead, prepare guidance for the piece. The basis is steps prior to a contract, and the consent you mark on the form.

The newsletter is sent only if you ask for it. The basis is consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

How long

Information requests are kept for up to 24 months, so the conversation can continue, unless a longer legal duty applies. The newsletter stays until you ask to leave. Preference cookies last up to six months.

Your rights

You may ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@hairora.eu.

You may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD. We do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising.
