Shipping and returns

Preparation

When the piece, length, colour and density are confirmed, we tell you the preparation time and the way it will travel, by email.

The piece is packed so the lace and the fall do not arrive creased.

Delivery

We ship from Lisbon across the European Union and, when it is possible, further. Timing depends on the destination and is stated before you confirm.

You are responsible for a complete address. If a courier returns the piece because the address was insufficient, we arrange a second sending.

Returns

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw after receiving the piece, under European Union law, provided it has not been worn, washed or altered beyond the kind of examination you would make in a shop.

Write to info@hairora.eu before you send it back. We will give you the return address. The piece should come back with the lace intact and any accessories that travelled with it.

Pieces made for you

If a piece is prepared specifically for you — colour, cut or a fit outside the usual edit — we explain in writing whether withdrawal is limited, as the law allows for goods made to measure.
